This whole “Gen X” rising thing is cringy and embarrassing. I can’t agree more with this guy; feels like it comes straight from the mouth of Boomers. And we ain’t them.
While it’s fun to reminisce about drinking from water hoses, riding bikes, and being ignored by our parents, that’s not what “Generation X” was about. We are the unwanted generation of our parents’ lost idealism. We truly just stopped giving a fuck agent ago.
That’s Gen-X. I should know…I’ve lived this truth my entire life.
